Anushakti Nagar score late to win 2-1

Anushakti Nagar SC beat Rhema Sports Foundation by 2-1 in their Mumbai Football Association, Super Division match from Group D was held on Tuesday, 1st March 2022.

Recovering an 8-0 defeat last time, Anushakti Nagar SC managed all three points this as they edged Rhema SF by 2-1.

Sam George’s 34th minute goal put Anushakti Nagar SC ahead. Aniket Khedekar equalised for Rhema Sports Foundation in the 58th minute.

Kunal Bavdane’s 80th minute strike, ten minutes from full-time proved to be the winning goal in sealing three points for Anushakti Nagar SC.

The 2-1 win firmly helps them recover from the huge defeat last time. Momentum in the right direction.
