ICL-U/19 win seven-goal thriller

ICL-U/19 beat Sunday Boys by 4-3 in their Mumbai Football Association Super Division, Group C match held on Thursday 3rd March 2021.

ICL-U/19 managed to hold off a resilient Sunday Boys side to seal all three points in a seven-goal thriller.

ICL-U/19 had four different goal scorers whereas Abhishek Parab scored a hat trick for Sunday Boys. There were three lead changes in the match.

Krish Ahirwar, Kevin Soni, Anshuman Karvir and Tanishq Gadge scored for ICL-U/19. ICL-U/19 went up 1-0 then went behind 2-1 at halftime.

After halftime, they scored three goals to lead 4-2. Abhishek Parab completed his hattrick in the 88th minute as Sunday Boys cut the lead down to one.

From then on it was an edge of the seat match that went the way of ICL-U/19 courtesy of some wonderful game management skills. They managed to hold off Sunday boys from making it 4-4 and won the match. Wrapped up all three points.
