S.R.Renaissance’s clinical performance gives them a 4-2 win

S.R.Renaissance beat Veniza Virar FC 4-2 in their Mumbai Football Association, Super Division, Group A match held on Tuesday, 8th February, 2022.

Veniza Virar went ahead in the 6th minute through Marcel Aroza’s goal. Lordton Soeres levelled the score at 1-1 in the 24th minute as the Renaissance began. Level at the break, the second 45 minutes were going to be very interesting.

Lordston doubled his goal tally and gave S.R.Renaissance the lead in the 59th minute. Raiston Miranda added a two goal cushion as he scored in the 79th minute. Sanket Ahire made it 4-1 in the 84th minute putting clearing daylight between S.R.Renaissance and Veniza Virar. Rishar Kotian pulled one back immediately in the 86th minute. But the damage had already been done.

S.R.Renaissance held firm to win 4-2 and wrap up all three points.
