Sara FA(DFA) win courtesy first half hattrick

Sara FA (DFA) beat Veniza Virar FC by 3-1 in their Mumbai Football Association, Super Division, Group A match held on Tuesday, 1st March 2022.

An eventful first half decided the match as Sara FA(DFA)’s Simnan Shaikh scored a hattrick in the first 20 minutes to establish a 3-0 lead and potentially seal the win.

A red card to Veniza Virar FC in the first half meant they played majority of the match with ten-men. Suraj Swain’s 74th minute strike was a consolation as the damage had been done in the first half.
