Oranje FC triumphed over India Rush SC with a spectacular victory in their MFA U15 Division 1 match-up. The game was played on a blistering Bandra afternoon at the Neville D’souza football ground.

The boys in orange began the game brightly, scoring 3 goals in the first half. Arjan Gill got on the scoresheet in the very first minute of the match with a clever finish. Yugal Tyagi added two quick goals in the 23rd and 25th minute to establish a daunting lead for Oranje FC. Rush SC was mostly on the backfoot for the first chance, despite some glimpses of brilliance.

The second half was more of the same, with Oranje FC adding 5 goals to their tally in the second half. Amogh Padwale, Vedang Jadhav registered their name on the scoresheet with brilliantly taken goals, while Arjan Gill added another to complete a brace.

Rush SC fought valiantly against the Orange onslaught, but alas! They were overwhelmed by the brilliance of Gopal Panicker’s team. They showed true determination and fighting spirit in the match, even when it appeared to be a losing cause.

After this convincing win, Oranje FC will look to solidify their spot as one of the most exciting team in the MFA U15 Division 1 while Rush SC will seek to recoup and recover and focus on their coming games.
