CFCI delivered a commanding 6-0 victory over Football School of India (FSI) | U15 Division 1

The Neville D’Souza Ground in Bandra was the stage for a thrilling U15 Division 1 encounter in the Mumbai Football Association President’s Yuva Premier League, where CFCI delivered a commanding 6-0 victory over Football School of India (FSI).

Right from the start, CFCI showcased their attacking prowess, netting three goals in the first half and maintaining their intensity throughout the second. The team’s clinical finishing and structured gameplay left FSI struggling to contain their relentless offensive surges.

The second half saw no respite for FSI, as CFCI continued to pile on the pressure. Aarav Kataria was the standout performer, securing a brilliant hat-trick with goals in the 53rd, 58th, and 66th minutes. Pratham Kanchadkar and Chaz Chang added to the tally in the 24th and 28th minutes, respectively, while Deion Fernandes capped off the dominant display with a strike in the 27th minute.

FSI, despite their best efforts, found themselves unable to break through CFCI’s resolute defense. Their few attacking moves were swiftly neutralized by a well-organized backline, ensuring that CFCI’s goalkeeper remained largely untested throughout the game.

Aarav Parik was named Player of the Match (POTM) for his commanding presence and contribution to CFCI’s dominant performance. His control in midfield and ability to dictate play played a crucial role in the team’s success.

This emphatic victory sends a strong message to the rest of the league, as CFCI establishes itself as a formidable force. Meanwhile, FSI will need to regroup and refine their strategies as they prepare for upcoming fixtures in hopes of bouncing back stronger.
