Job Description:
As the Operations and Venue Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of various football events, matches, and tournaments organized by the MFA.
- Venue Management: Ensure that MFA’s venues are well-maintained, safe, and ready for matches and events.
- Logistics and Operations: Coordinate logistics, equipment, and resources required for events, and manage day-to-day operations effectively.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless event delivery, including coordinating with referees, security personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets for events and operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event and operations management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for football and a deep understanding of event logistics.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, to oversee events.
